Diphenidine has a chemistry of molecules of diarylethylamine class. The basic skeleton of this research chemical is phenethylamine is substituted with Rα in phenyl ring. At the terminals of the piperidine ring, an amino group is attached through phenethylamine chain. The Diphenidine belongs to the piperidine dissociative research chemical compounds.

Diphenidine is basically playing the role of NMDA receptor antagonist. It opens the path for the electrical signals between neurons of the brain and spinal cord. So, Diphenidine remains open while signals are passing through. on the absence of this research chemical the connection of neuron will break and may lead to serious difficulties like loss of feeling, immobilization and the famous “hole”

Diphenidine is generally referring to as euphoric. Though most of the time it compared with reminiscent of ephenidine and ketamine when taken in low dose. If taken in moderate or high dose, its effect will be surprisingly very confused and dysphoric without any appearance. Once Diphenidine is smoked or vaporized it will reach its half-life. This research chemical is prone to convert into carcinogenic material upon excess exposure to heat.
